How ChampCarts Works
What we offer is a footwear/clothing brokerage service. You provide us with your purchase details (billing and shipping info), we will purchase the item on your behalf. 
Step 1. Select the item you want to buy on our website.
Step 2. Enter your payment details attached to the item you want us to purchase for you.
Step 3. Finalize your order on our website by checking out. You will NOT be charged.
Step 4. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of the tough part. We will buy the item for you, with the payment detail you provided us.
Step 5. Payment of the fee will follow an order confirmation that is emailed to you. Some slots require a pre-authorization made on your card when ordering your slot. This authorization is a hold, and will only be captured if the slot is successful. If the slot is unsuccessful, the hold will be dropped by your bank.
If for some reason we are not successful, we will refund 100% of your service fee paid to us. You will not receive a refund if you ask the retailer to cancel your order.
 
Pay After Success (PAS)
Items listed as PAS are Pay After Success. This means you will not be charged at checkout. We will only charge your card for my service fee once your order has been successfully placed with the retailer.
By submitting your order details through my site, you agree to pay our fee after we successfully place your order.

Pre-Authorizations
Some items listed orders with an authorization, or a temporary hold on funds. This means your card will receive a HOLD on the funds at checkout. We will only capture that money once your order has been successfully placed with the retailer.

Payment Terms For Non Authorization Slots
Payment is required 12 hours after we contact you with your order confirmation. We will send you a PayPal invoice that is payable online, a PayPal account is not required.
If 24 hours lapses, without receiving payment, we will attempt to charge the card on the order manually. If this declines, we contact the retailer and have the order cancelled and "returned to sender".
 
Multiples
We offer our customers to choose whether you would like us to attempt to purchase 1 or more of the items you want. If you select YES, we will run your info in multiples systems, thus increasing your chances of success. This however, also increases your chances of receiving more than 1 item.
You will only pay our fee once, even if you receive multiples of the item..
 
Terms and Conditions
All orders are 100% refundable if unsuccessful for any reason, this includes the retailer cancelling your order. 
In the event of a cancelled order, please email us at steve@champcarts.com with a photo of the cancellation email you were sent.
